Applications and Handbook

Sudbury Extended Day has an annual enrollment process which typically takes place during the spring prior to the start of the school year.  The process is as follows:

1. Families submit an enrollment application for before and after school care.  Enrollment is open for 2-3 weeks.
2. SED processes all applications and sends contracts to families two weeks after enrollment closes.
3. A student is considered enrolled when SED receives the signed contract, application fee and tuition deposit
4. Additional enrollment paperwork is sent to families and must be completed prior to the child beginning in our care.  These forms are either sent with the contracts or after the signed contract and tuition deposit are received.
